El origen del nombre “Barrancas” nació en razón a sus numerosos ríos secos por donde bajan agua pluviales, dejando sus barrancas cortadas a pique.
Estableciendo un diálogo con la geografía, el proyecto adquiere un perfil similar a una barranca con rampas inclinadas, taludes de piedra y una plaza aérea desde donde se observa todo el emprendimiento vitivinícola. Aprovechando un curso de agua existente, se crea un espejo de agua que resalta la morfología del proyecto y junto con el material pétreo, que abunda en el sitio, se crean taludes que brindan una aislación térmica a los sectores de conservación de producto.
El proyecto está planificado para crecer en etapas de acuerdo a las necesidades futuras

The origin of the name “Barrancas” is given thanks to the deep gullies formed from rainwater running through the dry rivers. This project, which is in harmony with the geography, acquires a similar profile to that of a gully with inclined ramps, stone slopes and a terrace from where the whole project can be seen. Since there is natural water in the area, a pool of water was used to highlight the morphology of the project and together with the abundant rocky material, slopes are created to provide thermal insulation to the areas where the final product is stored. This project is planned out in different stages according to the future needs.
