Ubicada en la calle Bransen (típico ejemplo arbolado del paisaje mendocino) y con imponentes vistas hacia la cordillera de Los Andes, este proyecto dialoga con el entorno a través de una paleta cromática propia del emplazamiento: colores arena, ocres y marrones se reparten armónicamente por las diferentes partes de un edificio organizado en forma de "U" alrededor un patio de trabajo que unifica de forma eficiente todas las actividades industriales. Por otro lado, el sector turístico se localiza en un espacio abierto, de frente a la avenida por donde acceden los visitantes, en el que elementos decorativos y refrescantes preludian un mirador elevado desde el que contemplar los viñedos ancestrales que rodean el edificio con la majestuoso montaña de fondo.

This project, located in Bransen street (a typical example of tree-landscaped Mendoza), with stunning views of the Andes, speaks to the environment through a site-specific color palette: beige, ocher and brown are divided harmonically throughout the different parts of a U-shaped building around a work yard efficiently unifying all industrial activities. On the other hand, the tourism sector is located in an open space facing the avenue through which visitors access. Decorative and refreshing elements prelude to a high vantage point from which to contemplate the ancient vineyards that surround the building with the majestic mountain in the background.
